Woody and sons did a good job with my small move. They didn't break, mangle or lose anything, unlike another mover I used years ago. You've got to be careful, especially with interstate movers, who sometimes impound your stuff. I'd use Woody's again. See more See less

Have overnight storage and deliver to West Palm Beach condo. Comments: Woody and Sons motto is "We take the stress out of moving" and they sure deliver! Based on several reviews from Angie's list, we picked Woody and Sons -- we needed a company that could pick up special custom furniture and artwork; store the items overnight and deliver the next day to a condo that has very restricted move-in/out times -- We were impressed from the start with the professional attitude and responsiveness of our initial point of contact. Via the internet, and a couple of phone calls were were able to agree on the scope, cost and schedule for the job. The delivery destination required insurance forms and a copy of the license -- all of which Woody and Sons provided within 24 hours of the request. While we had some traditional items being moved (desks, chairs) we also had a 450 pound two-piece cypress table along with stainless steel table bases, and 14 paintings and other artwork. On top of it all, it rained the morning of the pickup. Although the pickup time was alittle delayed -- The movers called from the road to let us know of the delay. When Mike and Chris showed up they were extremely professional, careful and respectful of our items and our home. Mike and Chris were really terrific -- we truly appreciated the way they moved the pieces with care and attention to detail. We left to meet them at the delivery destination (450 miles away) with confidence. As they promised, Woody and Sons stored our items overnight and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time the following day. -- The destination was a condo with extremely restricted moving times so it was imperative that the movers start and finish on time -- Mike and Chris were equally careful of our items at the arrival destination. I was a little surprised when they showed up in a U-Haul truck, but that is what they regularly use and they packed it full. Have overnight storage and deliver to West Palm Beach condo. Comments: Woody and Sons motto is "We take the stress out of moving" and they sure deliver! Based on several reviews from Angie's list, we picked Woody and Sons -- we needed a company that could pick up special custom furniture and artwork; store the items overnight and deliver the next day to a condo that has very restricted move-in/out times -- We were impressed from the start with the professional attitude and responsiveness of our initial point of contact. Via the internet, and a couple of phone calls were were able to agree on the scope, cost and schedule for the job. The delivery destination required insurance forms and a copy of the license -- all of which Woody and Sons provided within 24 hours of the request. While we had some traditional items being moved (desks, chairs) we also had a 450 pound two-piece cypress table along with stainless steel table bases, and 14 paintings and other artwork. On top of it all, it rained the morning of the pickup. Although the pickup time was alittle delayed -- The movers called from the road to let us know of the delay. When Mike and Chris showed up they were extremely professional, careful and respectful of our items and our home. Mike and Chris were really terrific -- we truly appreciated the way they moved the pieces with care and attention to detail. We left to meet them at the delivery destination (450 miles away) with confidence. As they promised, Woody and Sons stored our items overnight and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time the following day. -- The destination was a condo with extremely restricted moving times so it was imperative that the movers start and finish on time -- Mike and Chris were equally careful of our items at the arrival destination. These guys more than met my expectations! Service was prompt and the job was done in about 4 hours. We only wanted them to move the larger items in our house. They wrapped each item in moving blankets and then secured the blankets with plastic wrap. These items were ready to travel across the country but we only moved 20 minutes away. Super fast in calling me and responding to me. On moving day, our two amazing moving guys showed up promptly and quickly talked me through their process. They seemed to fly around my house and I never even saw them stop for a break! Took 1/2 of the time we estimated and took great care of my belongings. Can't say enough praise for these guys! The 2 movers were very helpful, timely and provided good customer service. While moving is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences in life, Woody and Sons helped to make it stress-free.
